Where we ship

We deliver only within the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location (mainland addresses are faster than the Highlands, islands and other remote areas). These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum order value. We do not offer a paid express delivery option.

Tracking and confirmation

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier on delivery and contact us at the email on our Legal page. We will sort it out as quickly as possible.
